  <p>
    These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Prompot
    and any related services, features, content, and websites provided by
    the app.
  </p>
  <p>
    By accessing or using Prompot, you agree to these Terms. If you do
    not agree, please do not use the app.
  </p>

  <h2>1. Use of the Service</h2>
  <p>
    Prompot allows users to create, edit, save, sync, add, and use
    AI-powered tools and related content. You may use the service only in
    compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
  </p>

  <h2>2. Tool Templates and No Code Execution</h2>
  <p>
    Tools created or added in Prompot are template configurations only.
    They may include built-in form layouts, prompt text, metadata, images,
    and document assets.
  </p>
  <p>
    Tool templates do not download, install, interpret, or execute code on
    your device. They do not add executable functionality to the app binary
    and are not separate apps, plugins, extensions, scripts, or software
    packages.
  </p>
  <p>
    Prompot works by using built-in interface elements such as text fields,
    dropdowns, buttons, checkboxes, sliders, date inputs, and file inputs.
    A tool may reference these elements in a prompt using placeholders such
    as <code>#TextField</code>. When the tool is used, Prompot replaces the
    placeholders with the user’s input and sends the final prompt for
    server-side AI processing.
  </p>

  <h2>3. User Accounts</h2>
  <p>
    Some features may require an account. You are responsible for activity
    that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your
    login credentials.
  </p>

  <h2>4. User Content</h2>
  <p>
    You may upload, create, save, add, or share content through the app,
    including tool configurations, prompts, files, text, images, and other
    materials ("User Content").
  </p>
  <ul>
    <li>You retain ownership of your User Content.</li>
    <li>You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and upload that content.</li>
    <li>You must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.</li>
    <li>You must not use tool templates to distribute executable code, malware, harmful scripts, or software intended to run on another user's device.</li>
  </ul>

  <h2>5. Acceptable Use</h2>
  <p>You agree not to:</p>
  <ul>
    <li>Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.</li>
    <li>Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.</li>
    <li>Upload malware, harmful code, malicious files, or content designed to compromise devices, accounts, or services.</li>
    <li>Use public tools to impersonate others, mislead users, or distribute prohibited content.</li>
    <li>Use the service to violate the rights, privacy, or safety of others.</li>
  </ul>

  <h2>6. AI Processing and AI-Generated Content</h2>
  <p>
    The app may generate responses or outputs using AI systems. AI processing
    is performed server-side. Prompot does not execute AI-generated code on
    your device.
  </p>
  <p>
    AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some situations.
    You are responsible for reviewing and validating any generated output
    before relying on it.
  </p>

  <h2>7. Public Tools and Moderation</h2>
  <p>
    If you choose to share a tool publicly, other users may be able to discover
    and add that tool. Public tools remain template configurations only and do
    not install or execute code on other users' devices.
  </p>
  <p>
    We may remove, restrict, or disable public tools or User Content that we
    believe violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or the safety
    of the service or its users.
  </p>

  <h2>8. Availability and Changes</h2>
  <p>
    The service may change over time. Features may be added, modified,
    suspended, or removed at any time. We do not guarantee that the service
    will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
  </p>

  <h2>9. Subscriptions, Paid Features, and Third-Party Services</h2>
  <p>
    Certain features may depend on subscriptions, platform billing, or
    third-party services. If paid features are offered, pricing and billing
    terms will be presented to you separately where applicable.
  </p>

    The app may also rely on third-party services such as hosting,
    authentication, analytics, AI providers, cloud storage, search, or payment
    platforms. Use of those services may also be subject to their own
    terms and policies.
  </p>

  <h2>10. Intellectual Property</h2>

    The app, excluding User Content, including its branding, software,
    design, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual
    property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit the
    service except as permitted by law or with permission.

  <h2>11. Termination</h2>
  <p>
    Access to the app may be suspended or terminated at any time if these
    Terms are violated, if the service is discontinued, or if necessary to
    protect the app, its users, or third parties.

  <h2>12. Disclaimers</h2>
  <p>
    The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without
    warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest
    extent permitted by law.
  </p>

  <h2>13. Limitation of Liability</h2>

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompot and its operator
    will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
    consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits,
    business, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
