This Privacy Policy describes how Prombot ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application Prombot (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: When you sign up or sign in (via email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In), we collect your email address, display name, and profile photo if provided.
• User-generated content: Content you create, save, add, or share within the App, including AI tool templates, form layouts, prompt text, placeholder references, uploaded files, images, user inputs, and generated outputs. Tool templates are configuration data only and do not contain executable code.
• Prompts and AI inputs: When you use an AI tool, the prompt, form inputs, placeholder values, uploaded files or images, and related context may be processed to generate an AI response.
• Public tool information: If you choose to share a tool publicly, information such as the tool title, description, icon, template structure, creator information, and usage/add counts may be visible to other users.
• Camera & photo library access: The App requests access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to upload profile pictures or images within the App. We do not access these permissions unless you choose to use those features.
• Usage data: Basic usage information such as app interactions, feature usage, and performance information to help us operate, secure, and improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide, operate, and improve the App's features
• Allow users to create, save, add, and share AI tool templates
• Sync your data across devices via Firebase
• Process prompts, form inputs, uploaded files, images, and generated outputs using server-side AI services
• Display public tool templates, including titles, descriptions, icons, creator information, and usage/add counts
• Manage subscriptions and paid features
• Respond to your support requests
• Ensure the security and integrity of the App

3. AI Processing and Tool Templates

Prombot allows users to create and add AI tool templates. These templates may include built-in form layouts, prompt text, metadata, images, document assets, and placeholder references such as #TextField.

When a tool is used, user inputs may be inserted into the prompt and sent, together with optional uploaded files or images, to our servers and AI service providers for processing. AI processing is performed server-side.

Tool templates are configuration data only. They do not download, install, interpret, or execute code on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google LLC) — Authentication, database (Firestore), file storage, and cloud functions. Firebase Privacy Policy

• AI service providers — Server-side AI processing of prompts, inputs, uploaded files, images, and generated outputs.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase infrastructure and other service providers that help us operate the App. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. You may delete your account at any time from within the App, which will permanently remove your account data from our systems, subject to any limited retention required for legal, security, or operational purposes.

7. Public and Private Tools

Tools you keep private are associated with your account and are not intended to be publicly discoverable. Tools you choose to share publicly may be visible to other users, including their title, description, icon, creator information, template structure, and usage/add counts.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data by deleting your account in the App
• Withdraw consent for camera/photo library access via your device settings at any time

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
